Join Chaski Coach Kimber Mattox (M.S., C.S.C.S) for a six-week functional strength program, specifically designed for runners of ALL levels and ALL disciplines. You'll do a full strength workout each week, with a focus on building the strength you need to prevent injury and to improve running economy! Yes, strength can seriously make you faster! There will be a major focus on core and hip strength and developing functional movement patterns to improve your running.

Classes will be taught via zoom, so you can work out from your own garage or living room. They will also be recorded and sent out afterwards, so if you miss class or need to do your workout at a different time you will be able to do that too.

Kimber has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for college, elite, and community level athletes and loves teaching people how to use strength to improve their running, so you are sure to learn some things! There’s nothing better than a holiday season that is both happy and healthy
