** Is this trip only for runners? Or only for trail runners? Nope! We’re going to talk a LOT about running, meet some amazing runners, and (obviously) have the opportunity to do a lot of running; but, if you’re just a fan of endurance sport or just getting into running from another sport, you’ll still get a ton out of this weekend! And yes, road runners are welcome, too! Our runs will be on non-technical trails and there’s always the option to opt for a road run instead of a trail run!

Trip Overview
Get ready for a long weekend jam-packed with running adventures, inspiring and enlightening workshops, and evenings of hilarity and relaxation in warm and sunny Phoenix, Arizona.
Phoenix is known not only for year-round sunshine and exceptionally pleasant temperatures in winter and spring, it’s also home to world class trails both in and around the city. What better way to escape the end of a long winter than run across spectacular mountains, flanked by saguaro cactuses, with your 15 new best friends?
Our four-day retreat will include guided daily running options for both trail and road runners, strength and mobility classes, interactive talks on mental performance, nutrition, and more, as well as meet and greets with professional athletes. You’ll get to explore some spectacular desert trails and head home with the knowledge and experience to take your training to a new level.
A special addition to this year’s retreat is our partnership w/ the Mesquite Canyon Trail Races, a series of spectacular trail-runs with distances from 5 miles to 50 miles -- something for everyone! Whether you’re looking for a fun romp through the desert or want to push yourself on an ultra race effort, there’s something for everyone to look forward to on Saturday!
Finally, we’ll say “see you next time” as we wrap camp up w/ a Sunday morning shakeout and brunch before you head home with all the knowledge and fitness you’ve gained from your retreat.
