Jase Trimmer
- First Ultra trail race in 1994!
- 'Only' Ironman triathlon in 1995
- 11 x FKT's
Jase has been outdoors for most of his adult life, a British Army veteran and a current Aussie Wildland Firefighter. He has always had a keen interest in endurance and specifically moving well through difficult terrain. His first ultra-trail race was back in 1994 and since then, the endurance bug has not left.
A Masters athlete and a big proponent of coaching endurance for this age group, Jase still competes at the highest age group level. Moving through the traditional race distance path from 5K's to 100 mile races, has seen Jase compete in Europe, Australia and New Zealand
Jase is a Level 2 Running Coach (Athletics Australia), FKT Regional Editor (Aus/NZ/Japan) and a member of the Coros Global Explorer Team 2021. Pacing, crewing, and community Park runs are all part of his routine and he loves to coach Masters athletes to reach their goals.
