With over five years of coaching experience, Emily has guided a diverse range of athletes toward their goals—whether it’s running their very first 5K, chasing a marathon PR, or completing a 100-mile ultramarathon. She works with runners of all levels, from beginners discovering the joy of movement to seasoned competitors pushing their performance to new heights.
Her coaching style is athlete-centered and holistic, rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a deep belief in every runner’s potential. She emphasizes communication, individualized training, and long-term development, drawing on principles from both sport science and mindfulness-based practices.
As an athlete herself, Emily brings over seven years of experience in ultrarunning, including two top-10 finishes at the World Trail Running Championships as a two-time Team USA member. She understands the physical, mental, and emotional demands of endurance sports and is passionate about helping others navigate their own unique path to success.
